Following the recent announcement of Cornerstone’s Strategic Leader position in the Fosway 9-Grid ™ for Talent Management and Core Challenger in Fosway 9-Grid for Cloud HCM, we’re excited to share that NelsonHall has positioned Cornerstone as a Leader in the latest Next Generation HCM Technology report for the second year running.

The report, released in October 2019, focuses specifically on the mid/large market (500+ employees), evaluating the performance of vendors offering HCM Technology. Using the NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation and Assessment Tool (NEAT), vendors are positioned based on their capability in range of business situations. Organisations are positioned in one of four categories including Leaders, High Achievers, Innovators or Major Players.

Cornerstone’s position as a Leader means that we have shown ability to deliver immediate benefit and future requirements to clients in the HCM space. NelsonHall has recognised our long history as a leading learning and talent management platform provider, highlighting a number of Cornerstone’s strengths that led to its Leader position. The report emphasised our deep heritage and DNA cloud computing in the HR space, our relentless focus on modern UI and personalised UX, including use of AI and machine learning and our extensive learning content library.

We are thrilled with this recognition!

Particularly in Europe, our clients have longed searched for the agile HR Suite we offer, meaning they can focus and invest in strategic, transformational HR systems, and keep transactional HR systems like payroll and time management which often is implemented locally.

The news comes ahead of our annual client event, Cornerstone Convergence EMEA next month, where we’ll be bringing together around 2,000 HR, business and talent management professionals at Tobacco Dock, London to discuss the challenges and technological impacts on today’s workplace.
