The report, released in October 2019, focuses specifically on the mid/large market (500+ employees), evaluating the performance of vendors offering HCM Technology. Using the NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation and Assessment Tool (NEAT), vendors are positioned based on their capability in range of business situations. Organisations are positioned in one of four categories including Leaders, High Achievers, Innovators or Major Players.
